4. Client Agreement

Once the scope and budget are finalized, 2MO Studio prepares a comprehensive contract detailing every aspect of the project, including the Statement of Work and payment milestones linked to construction progress. We also manage permit applications and insurance requirements..

5. Kickoff

Once the agreement and deposit are executed, your project moves into the active phase. You’ll have a dedicated point of contact providing regular updates throughout. We start with design development based on your moodboard and a Design Strategy meeting, then move into renderings, material selection and construction. For build-only projects, construction begins according to the approved plans.
