The client in Battery Park aimed to transform an apartment into a sleek, modern, and sophisticated home with a strong focus on luxury finishes and attention to detail.

2MO Studio’s scope was a design-build engagement over a seven-month period.

2MO Studio installed a brand-new Boffi kitchen with precision, ensuring all appliances were seamlessly integrated. The existing flooring was replaced with new hardwood throughout the apartment to create a unified aesthetic flow. In the bedroom, 2MO Studio added custom millwork to introduce both functionality and an element of architectural elegance. The kitchen, which became the focal point, was distinguished by incorporating a full slab of marble extending from the countertop behind the sink and cabinet, unified by a grayish-white lacquer on the cabinet doors.

The construction included an overhaul of key areas and the addition of high-end finishes to ensure maximum refinement. The result is a home defined by continuity and high-end detail. The kitchen is a sleek, contemporary, and highly functional heart of the home, exemplified by the seamless marble and lacquer finish. The new flooring provides a strong sense of unity and flow throughout the residence, while the bedroom's tailored millwork adds warmth and character.
