This project in Battery Park City involved transforming an apartment into a sleek, modern, and sophisticated home with a strong focus on luxury finishes and attention to detail. Our specific task was a build-only engagement, meaning we were responsible for precisely executing the designer's clear vision and translating their refined ideas into a lasting physical reality over a seven-month period.

The main action involved a complete overhaul of key areas and finishes to ensure maximum refinement and cohesion. We installed a brand new kitchen with exacting precision, ensuring all appliances were seamlessly integrated. The existing flooring was replaced with new hardwood throughout the apartment to create a unified aesthetic flow. In the bedroom, we added custom millwork to introduce both functionality and an element of architectural elegance. The kitchen, which became the focal point, was distinguished by incorporating a full slab of marble extending from the countertop behind the sink and cabinet, unified by a grayish-white lacquer on the cabinet doors.

The result is a home defined by continuity and high-end detail. The kitchen is now a sleek, contemporary, and highly functional heart of the home, exemplified by the seamless marble and lacquer finish. The new flooring provides a strong sense of unity and flow throughout the residence, while the bedroom's tailored millwork adds warmth and character.
