Site Visit - The Project Manager or Business Development Manager conducts an on-site assessment to review the current condition of the space, document existing elements, video-record the visit, and capture accurate counts of critical items—such as doors, lighting, and more.    For build-only projects, 2MO also reviews architectural plans in detail to ensure every aspect is considered.
