This interior design project for a townhouse in Red Hook was a collaboration with a construction company. 2MO’s role was to completely reimagine the interiors of a recently purchased townhouse, transforming its outdated finishes and generic layout into a warm, timeless, and elegant family home that reflected the client's lifestyle.

The work focused on custom elements and high-quality finishes. 2MO designed all custom cabinetry and millwork, including bright kitchen cabinets that add a pop of color and feature a built-in pet feeding station. New closet and storage systems were added to meet the client’s needs. Each bathroom was updated with unique features like spackle flooring, accent walls, and custom tiling, complemented by refined hardware and mirrors. A custom handrail was added to the stairwell to enhance the space. The living area was opened up to maximize natural light.

The result is a comfortable, elegant, and functional family home that balances modern style with classic charm. The open living area is filled with natural light, and the kitchen acts as a vibrant hub with smart storage solutions. Custom cabinetry and thoughtful design details, like the pet feeding station and stylish bathroom finishes, make the house feel truly personalized for the family.
