The client wanted to create a trendy, multi-floor cosmopolitan restaurant with a casual contemporary vibe in the heart of Union Square. The primary goal was a gut renovation, including an industrial-sized kitchen and new bar areas, while defining a unique, sophisticated, and welcoming atmosphere across all levels.

The main work involved significant construction to support a major food and beverage operation. 2MO built an industrial-sized kitchen with multiple prep areas and two walk-in refrigerators. Two new bar areas were added to serve the multi-floor space. Interior design focused on a custom-designed chandelier centerpiece, strategically placed to draw the eye upward and unify the vertical space. 2MO also installed customized banquette and seating areas that combine comfort and sophistication.

The result is a highly functional and visually cohesive multi-floor restaurant that conveys casual contemporary elegance.
