This commercial project involved renovating a rooftop bar and terrace in collaboration with DMDesign and Architecture. The goal was to create a welcoming space where guests could enjoy views of the New York skyline year-round.

2MO focused on structural and aesthetic improvements. A key feature was a moveable glass canopy over the terrace, providing shelter in cold weather while maintaining unobstructed views. Decorative wall panels were added to frame the cityscape, effectively turning the view into a living portrait. The ceiling was made more intimate by installing a beautiful fabric and light canopy. The industrial kitchen was also renovated for efficiency and functionality.

The result is a refined rooftop venue that extends the outdoor season and offers a sophisticated, welcoming experience. The combination of the glass canopy, intimate lighting, and view-framing panels maximizes both comfort and visual impact.
