This design-build project involved the complete renovation of an iconic TriBeCa loft, centered around creating a luxurious, functional, and timeless transitional kitchen. The core task was to deliver a sophisticated aesthetic that would endure generations of use, while optimizing storage and maximizing the spacious feel of the open floor plan for a family of four.

The main action focused on the kitchen and cohesive updates throughout the loft. The kitchen was designed with a beautiful transitional aesthetic, combining elegant dark tones with white cabinets and luxurious statuary marble. We fabricated a custom-built kitchen island as the centerpiece, strategically incorporating easy-access appliances to enhance the cooking experience. To maximize space in the open plan, we focused on utilizing abandoned corners and integrating functional storage inserts. Beyond the kitchen, we renovated the bedrooms, hallway, and flooring, selecting finishes to ensure a cohesive and harmonious aesthetic throughout the entire loft.

The result is a completely renovated TriBeCa loft that showcases timeless elegance and enhanced functionality. The custom kitchen island and optimized storage solutions make the space highly practical for a family, while the combination of dark tones, white cabinetry, and marble achieves a luxurious look that is designed to withstand the test of time.

This project demonstrates our ability to execute a full-scale design-build renovation, successfully combining luxurious transitional design with smart, maximized storage solutions to create a highly functional and enduring family home in an iconic loft setting.
