This project in New Rochelle involved a complete reinvention, transforming a foreclosed multi-use family building that had been vacant for years into a spacious, modern single-family home. The task required starting with architectural plans and carrying out a full reconstruction, reimagining every element of the building to create a new identity.

2MO was responsible for an extensive, two-year rebuild from the foundation up. Structural reinforcements were performed across all three floors, and the layout was entirely redesigned to introduce new rooms, modern bathrooms, and higher ceilings that dramatically opened the space.
