This build project in Union Square involved converting an old studio apartment into a renovated, sleek, and modern private home-office space for a designer. 2MO’s role was to handle all construction work, acting as the builder to precisely realize the designer's vision within the constraints of the small studio footprint.

The main work involved modernizing the interior. This included remodeling the kitchen and bathroom to meet high modern standards and transforming the main living area into a dedicated workspace. The project also required installing specialized floor finishes throughout and sourcing and installing specific light fixtures to complete the modern aesthetic and enhance functionality.
