This design-build project in Greenpoint focused on transforming a standard apartment into a custom home that blends modern functionality with a Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic. 2MO Studio was tasked with reshaping and renovating the apartment within a four-month timeline. The scope included designing and building a completely custom kitchen with specialized cabinetry to accommodate multiple appliances and optimize storage. A major transformation involved converting a former laundry room into a fully functional second bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity, which required precise plumbing and waterproofing. Both bathrooms were renovated with high-quality Italian tiles for durability and visual continuity. Every piece of millwork was measured and installed to exacting detail, ensuring the design intent was fully realized.

Through craftsmanship and design precision, 2MO Studio delivered a highly personalized, functional, and warm contemporary home. The clean lines and muted tones of the cabinetry reflect a Western modern influence, harmonizing with the elegance of Italian stone countertops and cohesive tile work.
