Murray Hill, NYC 2017
This once small New York apartment was transformed into a beautiful spatial home for a family of four. The goal was to create a large communal space as well as give both children their own independent space. To achieve this, we combined three apartments into one and added a new bathroom where the kitchen was previously located. Combining the three apartments allowed an ambush of natural light, making the living space even more inviting. It also allowed for a more open floor plan, having the new kitchen face the living room. The kitchen features a clean European style that creates a sophisticated interior but keeps a cozy atmosphere.
