The 99 John Deco Lofts building is located in the Financial District and the South Street Seaport. Our client felt that the layout of this loft apartment was dysfunctional.

2MO replaced and relocated the existing bedroom wall to maximize the flexibility of the layout. Bed frames were replaced with Murphy beds to create dual-use furniture for both sleep and study.
