How We Process Our Estimate Preparation

Free Consultation & Project MatchWe start with a brief call to understand your goals, timeline, budget, building type, and any constraints. Based on the scope, we pair you with the right Project Manager and schedule a site visit to assess conditions and logistics for a tailored renovation approach.

Site Visit & Plan ReviewDuring the site visit, we take accurate measurements, review any existing plans, and note building or board requirements. Together, we explore layout options, material direction, and access/insurance needs to ensure the plan is practical and efficient.

Detailed Estimate & Scope AlignmentYou'll receive a clear, itemized cost estimate including scope, timeline, and optional add-ons. We review everything together, set priorities, and adjust as needed, value engineering, alternatives, or enhancements, until finishes, timing, and budget fully align with your vision.

Agreement, Permits & Payment ScheduleWe finalize the scope in a contract, agree on a milestone-based payment schedule, and take care of all practical matters: permits, board submissions, insurance documentation, and long-lead procurement. Once approvals and the initial payment are in, prep work begins.

Kickoff: Design & ConstructionFollowing the green light and initial payment, we begin the design and/or construction phase. You'll have one consistent point of contact, regular updates, and quality checks at key milestones. The project concludes with a detailed final walkthrough and a comprehensive handover package.
