Gao, studio apartment reinvented into a modern home-office space

We had an opportunity to work with Eric Petschek to convert an old studio apartment in Union Square into a fully renovated modernized private office space. From remodeling the kitchen, bathroom, and workspace, to sourcing light fixtures and special floor finishes throughout; this small space is now a roomier, more inviting place to get things done. We did all the construction work and allowed the designers’ vision to come through.
